Author, editor, researcher and a American citizen James Richard Michael Orgeron trusting in Divine Providence and the first Article of the Bill of Rights.  I am NOT a lawyer.  Proceeding to inform by natural right do publish and declare in good faith, while the good fight continues.  NO NOT ONE is Righteous including George Washingtion, Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton.  I am not perfect, I am just a man, but ask you to look into my heart and judge my cause. This same cause many a unrighteous man has died to defend.   That cause is LIBERTY.  Without Liberty there can be NO Truth, there can be NO Justice, there can be NO Peace.  Without prejudice in its entirety, as I believe anything else to be unwise (BIBLE, James 5:12).

My Background
I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and grew up in the bayou country in a little town named after the famous pirate Jean Lafitte who came to the aid of General Andrew Jackson during the Battle of New Orleans where the Americans were out numbered over 15 to 1 and still won the battle.  I graduated from West Jefferson High School a West Jeff Buccaneer.   Spending several years in oil production related businesses, then several more years in nation wide nuclear power business, not perfect, just a man, an American, a Writer and Contract Technical  Specialist providing independent verification, research, written procedures, and other services to various FEDERAL and NON-FEDERAL entities for over 30 years.  I believe Our Forefathers gave us the BEST form of Government Known to man a Constitutional Republic based on SELF-EVIDENT TRUTHS.  A Conservative Republican, a political activist dedicated to Constitutional ideals of  "LIBERTY and JUSTICE for ALL."  I believe there is a REAL RIGHT and WRONG and compromise between these two is always WRONG.  I believe America remains alone as the BEST COUNTRY on EARTH  ALTHOUGH many INNOCENTS are SUFFERING prompting the origination of the INNOCENCE PROTECTION ACT. My Political Writings have been referred to as Jeffersonian. Responsible for hundreds of LEGAL BRIEFS before CONGRESS,  EXECUTIVE and the JUDICIARY at both the Federal and the State levels.   I believe the American System has many issues NECESSITATING common sense remedy.  I believe that the letter of the law is always suspect based on LIMITED Constitutional Authority.

Amend I .  Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the FREE EXERCISE thereof; or abridging the Freedom  Speech or of the Press or the Right of the People peaceably to assemble and Petition the Government for a Redress of Grievances.

While the people will always suffer first and longest under oppressive Supremacist of State (Socialist/Communist), be advised Communist claim to shoot the lawyers first (Isn't that most public officials).  I pray all public officials will honor their Oath and Duty to the people, while we fight together on a united front.  Our forefathers warned us about the passion of faction.
